The spacious home with tasteful decor consists of a living room with sofa bed (for one person), an elegant dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. In the outdoor area you will find a furnished, south-facing terrace with marvelous ocean views and comfortable sun loungers, where can you relax on warm afternoons with a good book. There is furthermore a barbecue and table ideal for al fresco dining. A supermarket and a pizzeria are just a few meters from the house while the romantic seafront promenade, with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars, is just 2 minutes walking or 200 m from your front door. Here you will additionally find the long beach Playa Grande, whose golden sand and glittering waves await you for a long day of swimming and tanning beneath Lanzarote’s sun. Parking spaces are available on the property and there is plenty of street parking in the area. Pets are allowed. Local bus stops with regular connections to nearby towns are additionally just a few minutes’ walk away. Between May and June, the homeowner will provide free transportation to the airport. Outside, enjoy mountain views from the spacious patio, which has a long dining table, lounge area, and a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and local cacti. An outdoor shower is also available for your use. The center of Playa Blanca—with supermarkets, bars, shops, and international restaurants—is just 1 km away (13 minutes on foot). Several sandy beaches, including Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada, are only a 15-minute walk (1.3 km) from the villa. The pool is heated by solar panels on warm days; in winter, a heat pump ensures a pleasant swimming temperature. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are provided.
